報警號27001出現后重啟系統,如果隨即出現27023,27024報警即可斷定存在硬件故障,伺服系統控制下的電機處于靜止狀態的時候,我們肉眼看到的是一動不動的,然而實際上“靜止"的電機是不斷的運動著的。原理如下,伺服系統驅動的動力電流流過電動機繞組而形成一個力矩,這個力矩使電動機有一個旋轉的趨勢并產生一個微小的動作,此時位置反饋系統檢測到這個動作,經過系統運算后發出一個反向的動作信號以補償這個微動過程,這樣就會產生一個與先前相反的運動趨勢……如此反復微動著的電動機在人們的感知下就是一個有著強勁輸出力矩的靜止的電動機,而要保持系統要求的靜止狀態,系統設計師要為這個微動設定一個范圍,這個范圍就是電動機“靜"與“動"的分水嶺,也就是27023,27024報警號得以觸發的“安全靜止公差",一旦超差,即觸發報警。西門子S120數控系統接地過載換電機也報維修
